The contract is signed, the work has started!

On 5 October, we signed a contract for the construction of the Sports Hall at al. Unii Lubelskiej 2 in Łódź. The project will be implemented jointly with SKB Development. The site has already been fenced off, and preparatory work is underway.
The building can accommodate 3,062 spectators, including 2,174 in fixed stands and 888 spectators in expansion stands. The main arena will have an area of 54 × 28 metres with expanded telescopic stands.
The planned date for the completion of works is December 2017.
