Deep Foundation Plant

The Deep Foundation Plant (DFP) is the company's Branch in Rzeszów, which has been in operation since 1998. It manufactures, among others, deep foundations for bridges – piles, micropiles and columns. The DFP also uses many modern solutions to make all kinds of security elements for slopes and deep excavations.

The equipment of the DFP includes piling machines, pile drivers, vibro-hammers, roof bolting, piling machines, high-pressure pumps, machinery for grout injection or grout production sets.

The scope of the DFP work

Making deep foundations for bridges and other elements, such as:

  • injection micropiles
  • bored micropiles
  • CFA piles with diameters of 600 mm and 800 mm
  • displacement bored piles
  • reinforced concrete displacement driven piles
  • displacement driven piles of steel sections, such as pipes, HEB, etc.
  • bored piles in auger casing with the following diameters: 600 mm, 800 mm, 1000 mm, 1200 mm, 1500 mm, 1800 mm
  • bored piles in casing pipes
  • columns/jet-grouting piles
Securing the slopes of excavations/embankments using soil nails

Securing deep excavations using:

  • Larsen sheet piling
  • Berliner walls
  • steel profiles
  • reinforced concrete palisades

Reinforcing the pile base and piles side surfaces by pressure injection

Reinforcing the existing foundations
